The Boulder is a fine dining restaurant specializing in steaks, crab-crusted grouper, penne jambalaya, lemon-peppered walleye, gorgonzola ribeye, golden fried prawns, ahi tuna.

Golden Fried Prawns. Hand breaded jumbo shrimp, fried and served with cocktail and tartar sauce, house vegetable and mashed sweet potatoes.
Sesame and coriander crusted ahi tuna. Pan seared rare yellow fin tuna filet served with soy tossed spring greens, wasabi, pickled ginger, soy dipping sauce and sea weed salad, house vegetables and rice.
